1. How much does it cost?
Basic Listings are Free and Premium Listings cost just 25.00 euros. 

2. What are the advantages of a premium listing?
Premium Listings are reviewed within 48 hours, they appear first in the listings and search results and they allow your site to be cross-listed in several categories.

3. I want to suggest my site, but I can’t find a relevant category.
Pease suggest a new category, email: support@canarysearch.net with your suggestion.

4. How long does it take for my website to get listed?
Premium Listings are reviewed within 48 hours; however there is no time guarantee on basic listings, so it can take anything from a few days to several weeks for your site to be listed.

5. What if my site is rejected?
Read our submission guidelines, locate and fix the problem, then contact our editors: support@canaryseach.net they will be pleased to reconsider your site for a fee of 25.00 Euros.

6. Do I get a refund if my site is rejected?
No, the fee charged for Premium Listings is to cover the editor’s time reviewing your site. It is not a paid listing. Payment is no guarantee of inclusion.

7. How can I improve my ranking on Canary Search?
Other than upgrading to a Premium Listing (which are shown ahead of basic Listings), there is no way to influence your placement in the directory, sites are listed in alphabetical order. 

8. Can I suggest multiple websites?
Yes, you are very welcome to suggest as many sites as you like.

9. Can I link to CanarySearch.net?
Yes with pleasure, we’ll even provide the HTML code:

10. How can l remove a site from Canary Search?
Simple, log into your account, and click the remove button next to the listing you want to remove.

11. I like the site, where can I get a web directory like this?
Canary Search was designed by Nuclear Internet, using software they produced in-house. They will be pleased help you put together your own web directory based on the same software, please contact them for a quote: info@nuclearinternet.com

It’s important to stress that Canary Search does not accept all sites suggested to it, only sites which meet our quality guidelines will be accepted. Broadly speaking all web sites should meet the following minimum criteria.

Ultimately we are looking for quality web sites. We are not interested in your MySpace page or FaceBook profile. We are not interested in poorly designed or badly produced web sites with dozens of spelling mistakes. To be included, your web site has to offer something relevant and meaningful to our visitors.
